White Chocolate Icing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 tbsp. buttermilk
  • 16- oz box powdered sugar
  • 1 teasp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix the butter, white chocolate and the buttermilk together in a saucepan
  2. Heat on low and stir until smooth
  3. Remove frome the heat
  4. Add the sugar and the vanilla
  5. And return to the heat to blend
  6. Tranfer icing to a medium bowl and chill for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
  7. After the 30 minutes you are ready to ice the cake.
