White Chocolate Chunk Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 2/3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream

Directions:

  1. Mix topping ingredients and set aside.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and set aside.
  3. Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  5. Blend in sour cream.
  6. Mix in flour mixture and mix until smooth.
  7. Spread 1/2 of the batter in a greased 9x13 pan.
  8. Top with 1/2 of the topping mixture.
  9. Repeat layers.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  11. Cool in pan.
