Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grs white chocoltate melted with
  • 50 grs butter and
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together until well blended.
  2. Pour into a ring microwave mould, abour 8 inches diametre.
  3. Microwave on full for 5 minutes
