White Bean Pork Soup - Awesome!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil beans as per directions on bag
  2. In crock pot or on stove top combine the following ingredients, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans chicken broth, 6 cans of water, 1 can tomatos w/green chili (leave on high for crock pot or bring to boil on stove top).
  3. Season and brown pork season w/ garlic, salt and pepper - this is the main seasoning in your soup so don't hold back!
  4. When beans and pork are done combine all ingredients and cook for 6 hours in crock pot on high or 4 hours on stove top at simmer.
