White Bean, Parsley & Garlic Mash

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in saucepan and tip in chopped onion.
  2. Cook gently for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped garlic cloves and cook for another 2 minutes until soft.
  4. Tip the beans into the pan and mash roughly.
  5. Add stock to loosen as you mash.
  6. Stir in the parsley and the salt and pepper.
