  1. Mix first 3 ingredients, and spread over a pie plate or serving dish.
  2. Scatter shrimp over cheese.
  3. Add layers of sauce, cheese, pepper, onions and tomato.
  4. Garnish with parsley, cilantro or your favourite.
  5. Cover and chill til ready to serve.
