Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup wheatgerm
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate and butter over low heat, cook slightly. Beat in remaining ingredients. Chill until firm (approx 30 min). Shape into 1 inch balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 min.
