Wheat And Orange Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of ready to use bread machine whole wheat bread mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans .

Directions:

  1. Follow the manufacturers directions for adding ingredients.
  2. Bake on Basic 4 hour cycle with a light crust and medium size loaf.
  3. Cool the loaf
  4. Cut with electric knife or straight edge knife.
  5. Dip in egg and milk mixture
  6. Fry in small amount of butter.
  7. Serve with homemade whipped cream, orange marmalade, or your favorite syrup. Mine is sugar free pecan syrup.
