Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first four ingredients.
  2. Add Bisquick and beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in marmalade and pecans.
  4. Grease muffin tins or line with paper baking cups.
  5. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
  6. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  7. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  8. Sprinkle over muffin batter.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
