Weight Watchers Apple Swirl Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 (18 oz) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 2/3 cups applesauce

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Blend sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, set aside.
  3. Spray 10 inch tube or bunt pan with non stick spray.
  4. Dust pan with the sugar, cinnamon mixture.
  5. Blend cake mix, applesauce and egg beaters, and pour into pan.
  6. Bake.
