Watson Estate Almond Butter Brownies Dated 1966

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine almond butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and almond extract and mix well. In another bowl combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.
  5. Stir in the coconut.
  6. Pour into a greased square pan and bake 35 minutes.
