Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup melted butter or 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp peppermint flavor extract (i usually put 1 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract)
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and spread the mixture in dish. Bake at 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C for approximately 20 minutes.
