Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Process watermelon in food processor until smooth.
  2. Strain through a sieve into a bowl.
  3. Discard seeds and pulp.
  4. Transfer juice to a jug.
  5. Chill in fridge.
  6. Divide ice and lime slices between 6 glasses.
  7. Pour over watermelon, then vodka, top up with ginger beer to serve.
  8. Alternatively, stir juice, vodka and ginger beer all together in a jug and pour over ice.
