Washington Glazed Onions

Ingredients:

  • 12 medium onions
  • 4 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Cut onions in half crosswise then dot with butter and arrange in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour 1 teaspoon honey over each onion and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
