Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 275°F.
  2. Cut the beef into cubes, lightly dust with seasoned flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan to seal and lightly colour the beef. Remove the meat and place in a casserole dish/Dutch oven.
  3. Add the broth or wine to the pan and heat gently, being sure to scrape the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients to the casserole dish. Cover and cook for 5-6 hours.
