Walnut Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine bananas, sugar, beaten eggs and vegetable oil in one bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, walnuts and chocolate chips.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry, mixing until just incorporated.
  4. Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour. Test in the middle with a toothpick.
  5. I tend to freeze my loafs. I cut off a slice for lunches or for quick snack (if they can last that long!).
  6. Enjoy!
