Waffles With Chocolate Cream

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp ammonium bicarbonate
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 200 g flour

Directions:

  1. Mix the eggs with a pinch of salt, then add all the ingredients: sugar, vanilla, oil, milk, flour. Finally, add ammonium mixed with vinegar.
  2. Take a teaspoon of the mixture and put it in the sandwich maker or waffle maker.
  3. Press and bake about 3 minutes.
  4. Once cooled, join them with cream.
