Ingredients:

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup club soda

Directions:

  1. Stir together first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; add club soda, stirring until batter is blended.
  2. Cook in a preheated, oiled waffle iron until golden.
