Waffled French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients except the bread.
  2. Using Texas Toast or thickly sliced homemade bread, dip slices into egg mixture.
  3. Put a slice into a greased and preheated waffle iron and cook according to appliance directions.
  4. Serve with fruit or syrup.
