Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a mustard jar, combine the Dijon, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper; shake well. Transfer to a bowl and, whisking constantly, slowly add the olive oil. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 months.
