Very Rich Snicker Bar Cake

Ingredients:

  • 12 miniature snicker bars
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 box white cake with pudding
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • frosting
  • 2-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp plus 2 tsp milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 then lightly butter and flour rectangular cake pan.
  2. Melt candy and milk over medium heat stirring constantly until candy melts then cool 5 minutes.
  3. In large bowl using electric mixer blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs on low.
  4. Scrape down sides of bowl then beat 2 minutes on high.
  5. Stir 2/3 cup cake batter and flour into cooled chocolate mixture and mix until incorporated.
  6. Pour remaining white cake batter into prepared pan.
  7. Spoon chocolate mixture on top of cake batter.
  8. Swirl chocolate mixture into cake batter with a knife.
  9. Bake 30 minutes then cool cake completely before frosting.
  10. To make frosting cream cocoa, sugar, vanilla and butter in large bowl using mixer on high.
  11. Gradually add milk and beat until frosting is spreadable then frost top of the cake.
