Very Easy Blueberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crush berries, combine with sugar
  2. Place in saucepan
  3. Cook for 5 minutes
  4. Put through a fine sieve
  5. Add salt and allow to cool
  6. Strain again when cool
  7. Add half and half
  8. Put in a container for freezer
  9. When mixture is frozen, stir to a mush
  10. Fold in whipped cream
  11. Freeze for about 3 hours
  12. THIS IS DELICIOUS SERVED WITH MY FRESH ORANGE BUTTER COOKIES (recipe is posted)
