Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a double boiler ; add cereal and stir to mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper and cool about 2 hours.
  2. Break up cereal mixture into small pieces (mixture will still be somewhat moist).
  3. Soften ice cream; fold 1 1/2c cereal mixture into ice cream and spread in a 10 springform pan.
  4. Sprinkle top with remaining cereal mix and freeze.
