Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add last three ingredients and beat until mixed well.
  3. Prepare a rectangular baking pan by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
