Ingredients:

  • 1 piece onion
  • 2 box(es) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 piece green pepper
  • 1 piece yellow pepper
  • 3 piece zucchini
  • 1 package canadian bacon
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • dash(es) salt & pepper to taste
  • dash(es) grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Chop all ingredients. Saute onion, garlic and pepper together in olive oil. Add mushrooms and saute. Add Zucchini & Canadian bacon and saute. Add two cans of drained diced tomatoes. Finish with grated cheese.
