  1. In a bowl mix sour cream and taco seasoning.
  2. Place sour cream mixture in a casserole dish and spread so that it covers the bottom.
  3. Top with lettuce.
  4. Then the tomatoes, and then the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the dip with green onions and serve with tortilla chips.
