Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Run the breakfast links through a food processor until they resemble ground meat.
  2. Chop the onion in food processor till slightly courser then the sausages.
  3. Mix in the rest of the filling ingredients, add a little more milk to make it stick together if needed.
  4. Preheat oven to 375f.
  5. Divide the filling in half and form into 1 lines along the length of each sheet of pastry about 1 1/2 from the long edge. roll tightly around the filling.
  6. Cut each roll into 4 with a serrated knife and place at least 1/2 away from each other on a cookie sheet lined with the parchment paper the pastry comes in.
  7. Bake for 20-30 min until puffed and golden on top.
