  1. Combine walnuts, egg and onions
  2. Stir in enough pureed cooked peas as desired
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, nutmeg and boullion to taste
  4. Chill till serving
  5. Serve scoops on a bed of lettuce or use as desired
