Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Start browning your sausage crumbles and add taco seasoning mix and required water (according to the taco seasoning packet).
  3. Spray non-stick spray into your baking dish.
  4. Place flour tortilla in bottom of baking dish.
  5. Place a layer of beans down.
  6. Place a layer of sausage crumbles.
  7. Spread out some enchilada sauce next.
  8. Place a layer of cheese down.
  9. Repeat until done.
  10. Top tortilla should only have a layer of enchilada sauce and cheese.
  11. Place in oven on middle rack. Bake for 25min. or until cheese on top is showing a golden brown color.
