Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine the flour and carrot mixtures and blend well.
  2. Spray a cupcake pan with nonstick spray.
  3. Fill each cup three-quarters full and bake at 350 F for about an hour.
  4. Cool before serving.
