Ingredients:

  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup red pepper
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup carrot

Directions:

  1. Chop everything
  2. Saute with a little olive oil
  3. Or steam and allow to brown up a bit in an nonstick pan
  4. Yum!
