Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Let yeast bloom
  2. Mix flours, cornmeal, and salt together with food processor
  3. Drizzle in yeast mix, add oil
  4. Knead briefly
