Vegan Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dill (dried )
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp fox point seasoning (a dried seasoning mix of salt, shallots, chives, garlic, onion and green peppercorns)

Directions:

  1. Mix mayo, sour cream, and spices in a large bowl.
  2. Add cucumbers and onions and toss to coat.
  3. Place covered in the fridge for 3-4 hours for the flavors to develop.
