Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Fry onions and mushrooms.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Boil mixture.
  4. Use an imersion blender to make it creamy.
