Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Tenderize Veal.
  2. Lay 1 cutlet down place 2 pieces of cheese next to each other on cutlet.
  3. Top with prosciutto.
  4. Place other 2 pieces of cheese.
  5. Place other cutlet on top.
  6. Cut in half between cheese slices.
  7. Put toothpicks through the ends to hold it together.
  8. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  9. When hot place garlic in pan and sauté.
  10. Then add the wine and lemon juice.
  11. Bring the heat back up till wine is boiling.
  12. Cook veal on each side for about 2 minutes.
  13. When veal is done put butter in sauce and let sauce thicken a little.
  14. Spoon sauce over cutlets on plate.
