VANISHING OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup allpurpose flour
  • 2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. BEAT TOGETHER BUTTER AN SUGARS. ADD EGGS AND VANILLA; BEAT WELL. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS, MIX WELL. STIR IN OATS AND RAISINS. DROP BY TBS. ONTO GREASED COOKIE SHEET. 375 degree for ~10 minutes
