Vanilla Wafer Orange Lemon Rind Pecan Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. With an electric mixer, cream sugar and butter
  2. Add eggs, one at a time
  3. Beat well
  4. Add crushed vanilla wafers alternately with milk to the creamed mixture
  5. Add coconut, vanilla extract, orange and lemon rind
  6. Stirring well
  7. Add chopped pecans
  8. Place in a well greased Bundt cake pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes
