Ingredients:

  • 2 vanilla beans , cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. Place vanilla beans in container of an electric blender, and process until powdered. Add sugar; process until mixture is fine. Store in airtight containers. Serve in coffee or over fresh fruit.
