  1. Lightly dip the rim of each glass in water and shake off excess. Dip glass rim in sugar to coat.
  2. Pour ice cream, cream of coconut, and milk into a blender until smooth.
  3. Serve frosty in sugar-rimmed glasses.
  4. *Its also fun to color the sugar for glass rims by putting sugar and a few drops of food coloring in a ziploc bag and shaking before rimming glasses.
