Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup plus 1 1/3 tsp butter, softened
  • 2 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar, divided
  • 1 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Combine butter and 1/2 cup sugar, creaming with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add remaining sugar alternately with milk, beating until spreading consistency. Add vanilla; beat well.
