Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place soup mix, zucchini and one litre of water into a pan.
  2. Bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer until zucchini are cooked and soft (approx 15minutes).
  4. Blitz with a hand blender or food processor.
  5. Enjoy.
