Ingredients:

  • 2 turnips (6 cups mashed turnip)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mash turnip beat in eggs then add butter, baking powder, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. put in casserole top with bread crumbs and pieces of butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
  2. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  3. If you freeze this thaw it before baking.
