  1. ?preheat oven to 350 coat loaf pan w nonstick spray
  2. ?wisk together egg whites & quick oats
  3. ?Squeeze water out of spinach
  4. ?combine turkey, spinach, onion, garlic, and 1 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  5. ?add oat mixture, cheese, a generous pinch of salt and pepper, mix well
  6. ?transfer to loaf pan slightly mounding the center, sprinkle 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  7. ?bake uncovered 60 minutes let stand 5 cut into 8 slices
