Ingredients:

  • 2 cups onions
  • 3 1/2 cups zucchini
  • 1 3/4 cups celery
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 29 oz. hominy
  • 14 1/2 oz. tomatoes
  • 2 7/10 oz. turkey

Directions:

  1. 2 cups onions (chopped)
  2. 3 1/2 cups zucchini (diced)
  3. 1 3/4 cups celery (diced)
  4. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  5. 32 oz. vegetable broth
  6. 29 oz. hominy
  7. 4 oz. green chilies
  8. 14.5 oz. tomatoes
  9. 2.7 oz. turkey (diced)
  10. Add to crook pot with 2 cups water
  11. Cook on low 10 hrs.
