Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Cut turkey breast into scallop pieces.
  3. Sprinkle garlic salt on turkey scallops.
  4. Brown turkey pieces.
  5. Add mushrooms, garlic, onion, shallot.
  6. Brown, then drain excess oil.
  7. Add broth and wine.
  8. Reduce heat and simmer till sauce thickens.
