A healthy alternative to veal. I love this recipe
Ingredients:
cooking oil
1 lb oz turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
garlic salt
flour, for dredging
1 ounce chopped onion
1 diced shallot
1 1/2 ounces mushrooms
1 garlic clove, minced
3 ounces turkey or 3 ounces chicken broth
2 ounces marsala wine
Directions:
1. Heat oil.
2. cut turkey breast into scallop pieces.
3. sprinkle garlic salt on turkey scallops.
4. brown turkey pieces.
5. add mushrooms, garlic, onion, shallot.
6. brown, then drain excess oil.
7. add broth and wine.
8. reduce heat and simmer till sauce thickens.
