Turkey Chili/Taco Appetizer

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
  2. Stir in turkey, cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in onion, garlic, oregano, chili powder and cumin and saute until onions are soften.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in beans and tomato sauce, simmer until heated through.
  6. Place tortillas on large baking sheet, spoon turkey chili over top.
  7. Sprinkle with peppers and olives.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake at 425 degrees F.
  10. About 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  11. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
