Beef and Bean burrito filling

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced )
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (31 oz) can refried beans

Directions:

  1. Saute the onion in the oil until tender.
  2. Add the beef and garlic and cook until meat is no longer pink.
  3. Add the chili powder, cumin and other seasonings.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for five minutes.
  5. Add refried beans and cook and stir until well blended.
