Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set tomatoes aside and mix remainder of ingredients (except salt) into a tuna salad.
  2. Cut into tops of tomatoes, retaining the shoulders ; core them and discard ribs and seeds.
  3. Season interior of tomato hulls with sprinkles of sea salt.
  4. Stuff tomato hulls with tuna salad mixture.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
