Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook whole wheat noodles as directed on package
  3. After draining noodles, stir in mushroom soup, tuna, 1 cup of cheese, and peas.
  4. Spread in a 9X13 baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top of the casserole and bake for 1 hour.
  6. You can also add some type of crunchy topping, but for more calories. Ex. Potato chip crumbles, french onions, etc.
  7. The recipe anylizer wouldn't make the nesc. adjustments for the fat free cheese or fat free mushroom soup, so it doesn't even have as many calories as it says. I would estimate about 150 per serving.
